Book review

I finished reading Intellectual Morons yesterday, and have been trying to decide the best way to recommend this book so that it appeals to the sensibilities of those from our entire spectrum of philosophical ideologies. Because, that’s what the book is about.

  2. “That’s wrong. Facts and proof get in the way of any ideology if followed blindly”. Bunker you need to place that in 48 point type at the head of your posts from now on. The book sounds like an interesting read. You know by now (I hope) that while I might fall to the left of center, I am not a radical. Like you I want FACTS, and I’ll make up my own mind after I process the facts(must be the military training).

    I sometimes use the term: culture of poverty. When I say this, I am not referring to a particular culture, rather to cultural characteristics that tend to lead to poverty. I am of the opinion that this, rather than circumstances…
