I just watched Secondhand Lions again.
The first time we watched it, I told my wife that when I got old, I wanted to be just like that. She told me, “You already are.”
I take that as a compliment.

Being the primary movie watchers in the family, Julie rented the SHL DVD for herself and young Jack. However, like you, it was I who was enthralled. How could I not have been…..it featured grumpy, crusty, tobacco chewin’, shotgun totin’, old men. And any movie that features a pack of dogs has me hooked!
