Sarah finds some of the best things around. I, too, would like to see Bush make this speech.

Don’t you think isolationists would pull their hair out?

  1. A little puzzed up the road in Austin… You say that “I, too, would like to see Bush make this speech.” But knowing you personally, I get the impression that there are parts of that speech that you would definitely like to see and other parts you would absolutely NEVER want to see. So there’s no way to tell if you’re being fully supportive of this rant or completely sarcastic about it. Next time we get together, remind me to bring a printout of that speech so we can go over it point by point and I can understand what your positions really are.

  2. Actually, the reason I agree with the proposed speech in toto is that it’s needed to let the world know that we care, and are tired of everyone else crying that we don’t. This is the most altruistic nation in the world, whether it be our government or our individuals.

It doesn’t mean I advocate all that’s in the list, but I think it will be an eye-opener for some.
