Spitting

Not the most mature of responses, but perhaps appropriate in this case.

Years ago someone spat on me in San Francisco’s airport. I was in uniform. My immediate thoughts were, “If I nail this guy, I’ll end up in jail in his town.” I simply wiped it off and went on about my business.

  1. Although I must say it through near-vomit, I must commend her for not pressing any charges. Perhaps she only realizes that such action would not end favorably for her in the court of public opinion.

But maybe, just maybe, she realizes how much damage she did to soldiers and our country during Vietnam and is willing to take some punishment for it.

Then again I might be giving her too much credit.

  2. I cannot stand the woman and she seems to be the soup du jour of the week for TV. UGH! At least she didn’t prosecute, which I would commend if it weren’t for her being a TRAITOR to our country.
SO, here’s a question to you – are you going to the Byron Nelson in May? Hubby got FREE Tickets with his little golf boys, so he will be there. You won’t miss him. 6’7″ and built. I told him we should plan a golf trip and look you up sometime!

  3. Just goes to show, it may take decades, but eventually – what goes around comes around.

She certainly deserves much worse – but I can only hope that this lying treacherous *^%$ traitor scum of the earth be spit upon for each AND every servicemember who was spit on when they returned from home Vietnam.

Too bad there are no photos or videos of this…it’d be the ONLY time I would want to look at this witch’s ugly mug. Only thing I can say against Mr. Smith is (according to the article), he “ran away.” I’ve always said I’d spit in her face if I ever saw her in person, but I’d also stand right there and tell her she deserved much worse and should have been tried for TREASON. The damn traitor.

“About her protest involvement in the Vietnam War, Fonda has apologized for her anti-aircraft tank photo, calling it an incredible lapse in judgment. She has not apologized for opposing the war.”

She’s also never apologized for making propaganda tapes for the Vietnamese that were played over and over again against our OWN forces, she’s never apologized for calling our POWs LIARS and saying they were being treated wonderfully by their captors, she’s never apologized for agreeing to visit our POWS who were brutally beaten if they refused to grace this horrid excuse for a HUMAN’S presence.

She is SCUM of the earth and no half baked apology will EVER change that fact.
