Open Borders

Mr. Fox, who has said he seeks an open border, has applied constant pressure on Mr. Bush to get the guest-worker program through Congress. Mr. Bush has pledged that he will do all he can.

Now what possible “pressure” could Fox have?

  1. Your thoughts prompted me to write my periodic missive to Sen. Kay Bailey on the subject. Next….Sen. John Cornyn, although it’s tough to think of him as a power broker when you once ripped his shorts off playing intramural football. Trinity Grad you know.

  2. I’ve sent two missives in the last month to both, as well as my Congressman. No response from any of them.

    I also keep in touch with Tom Tancredo. Even though he is not my Congressman, he is polite enough to respond regarding this topic.
