I got the phone call at about 0430 today. Grannie hit the road to Austin within 30 minutes. I’ll wait to hear more info, then follow for the event.

Granny is on her way to visit as I type too… you may notice a significant drop in the amount of time your wife has for you when there are more important Grandchildren around. 😉
Not knowing her situation at all, but if your daughter is a first timer she might be interested in reading my personal blog which is really just a daily/weekly diary of the happenings with my new daughter.
I started the blog the day she was born (3 months early! 🙂 ). I’m told it’s worth the read. At least by the Grannies. 🙂

Still waiting, but she’s doing well. Slice Jr.’s birthday is tomorrow. Mine is today. Either day makes this grandchild’s birthday easy to remember!
