SI Sportsman of the Year

Who comes to mind?

Rob has it figured out. As much as I believe Lance is dominant, someone else should get the award, and you can go vote here. Scroll the pictures until you reach the right one, select it, then vote.

  1. Sorry guy I can’t vote for Tillman. Guy was doing his job a job too many have done before. Call me cynical, but I think it was a joke to include him in the selection as “Sportsman of the Year”.

  3. Well that is a little bit of a surprise, but I should not be, as you are a man with much worldly experience. I like the fact that we can civily disagree. Kind of makes me want to buy you a round or three @ your next “ninteenth hole”.

  4. A write in:

My step son Jack, who is sacrificing his future in order to play every sport known to man whilst in the 5th grade.

  5. I drink Shiner Bock! But I doubt you’ll find it up in New Jersey.

I don’t have any agendas politically except that our government needs to follow the Constitution. And I’m an old military guy who has seen just about everything. So don’t be too surprised if I don’t fit a particular mold. Discussions and disagreement are how we all learn–as long as we’re willing to. Debate is a civil argument, which means nobody walks away with any additional knowledge.

    Let’s keep discussing.
