The dog that didn’t bark

Where did I see a reference to that Sherlock Holmes clue–somewhere today on the web?

With all the noise made in Boston last month by the biggest names in the Democratic Party, you would think that some of them would come to Kerry’s defense. Edwards is the only one helping his partner out. And he’s doing a great job of whining.

There’s a reason we haven’t heard anything from the Clintons, Kennedy, Gore, et al. They just enjoy seeing him hanging in the breeze, I guess.

  1. Imagine, it’s the lack of character that defines them. And these are the guys who want us to endorse them running the show.

I guess character is only for us ‘little people.’

  3. An insight into the Kerry character from the other side:

There is a big difference between William Calley and John Kerry. William Calley is a proven war criminal. For John Kerry we only have his word as an officer and a gentleman.

  4. Big money owns the Dem party even more than the Republicans.

The Rs collect more in small donations.

    Why is that?

  5. I’ve pondered that myself. In fact, I looked at the 2000 election and Gore’s average donation was over $800 per person. Bush’s was just over $300. It’s a little tighter this year.

  6. Getting back to your topic, Hilary will not have a viable chance at the presidency if Kerry wins. She won’t be able to run next time, then Edwards would be a real fight for her.
